Just dropped off my stuff and the staff here are really professional and courteous. Seems like a very clean and efficient operation, and reasonably priced and super convenient location. Fyi in order to get the free driver and truck pickup service they advertise you need to schedule 48 hours in advance.

Only thing that could be improved in the dolly system. Unlike other self-storage facilities, they don't have dollies that can move mattresses, which was a real struggle being only one person. Other than that, it's wonderful!
I needed storage immediately because my moving situation got complicated, called a service that "Finds Storage Fast" and secured a box in CubeSmart within an hour. Drove by, they helped me to back my truck up to the loading dock, walked me through all the processes, etc. They were very nice, very professional, and extraordinarily efficient (which is a big deal to me). The storage facilities are impeccably clean, climate controlled very well, and I had to use my storage code to even use the elevator, which made me feel very good about security. I even got a discount for the first month of storage and a cup of coffee. :) All in all, the best experience I could have asked for.
