Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never had a need to use a self storage Facility. I decided to use Self Storage to see what was available near me. I was able to easily use their site to narrow down my selection. The sales associate who called me was very knowledgeable and talked me through the ends and outs. I then visited the facility I chose. It was clean and affordable. Again, the sales associate was very helpful explained every detail. I am happy with my new storage unit and the entire process was painless.
This place is great, but the reason for my 3 stars, and a the only reason... this place does not provide moving carts after the office closes. The office closes at 6pm. Majority of people work during the day and want to move in the evening time, ESPECIALLY IN THIS LAS VEGAS SUMMER HEAT!!!!! But this places excuse for not having moving carts available after hours, "people tend to steal our carts"... are you kidding me? That's like a restaurant saying, "we know you need forks to eat, but since people might steal them, your SOL.." You're a storage facility. You should be providing moving carts.
