I had lots of issues getting into my unitﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ the code they gave me to open the lock on my assigned unit didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work, so in a rush I had to use another unit that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t locked. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a different size & I still havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been able to get a human on the phone to switch my unit to the one my items are now in. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m hoping to hear from a human soon. I also was surprised by the fact that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not allowed to rent a unit without a mandatory insurance fee. I was not told that when I initially booked a reservation there. I would not recommend this facility, even tho it seems secure, clean, & safe.
