The doors to my unit are very sticky, don't open, close, or latch corredly, though they are usable by fiddling with them a lot. They need to keep their units in better shape. Usable, but not nearly up to the standard of other units that I've rented in the past. I usually rent from U-Haul, but Public Storage was a lot closer, and I needed a unit in a hurry. Personnel are friendly enough, very helpful, but the facility detracts from the overall experience.

I had such a great experience renting a unit with public storage! Lisa is amazing and made sure I was all taken care of! I had been to about 5 self storage facilities in my area and no one made me feel as comfortable and secure as Lisa did.
