The staff is nice but the cost is super expensive for a not fully enclosed storage space it leaves some security concerns but it is what it is
From start to finish,I made reservations online they contacted me to confirm,once there the service was just as the same very friendly and organized storage place.
Rental was a bit more challenging for us since we live five hours away. It was very frustrating that only one person was working to check people in during the weeks of college move-outs. It took us two hours to get checked in and get our unit. That was the only negative part of the experience here. Rentals are easy to access and appear to have good security. Price was slightly better than what others in the area offered and was the closest location for us to use. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
