There were many delays because I could not get into my assigned unit on the day I was to move. Was supposed to move in on June 5, but did not do so until the 6th. On June 6, I still could not move in because I could not open the lock on the unit. The code given me would not work. Had to call the emergency number. Had to be reassigned a new unit. The staff was helpful. But the delays cost more money for the moving truck. I am very satisfied with my choice to use Elite Storage. Love the place. Very clean.
