I was a little irritated at first because it seemed like we were playing phone tag but the process overall when we finally got together was simple and easy I got my emails I filled out my forms got them turned in I had no problems accessing the units the gate the only problem that I did have was trying to get out I did not realize there was a keypad on the left hand side at the end of the building and I kept pulling up to the gate and it wouldn't open, but when I called the office number the gentleman answered promptly tell me how to get out and it was easy and fast it was much appreciated
