Great experience and fast to reserve and complete paperwork. People are really nice and friendly there. Only concern but not a big deal was the special cylinder lock. They insist on using them and they have no other use or purpose so no one really owns one and must buy it. After leaving I will have a lock that I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use anywhere else. I will add it to the other two storage companies locks that I had to purchase in the past.
Made a reservation on-line and was contacted by the office within 24 hrs, paperwork was all completed over the phone in less than 15 mins. Door codes were provided and just as promised the unit lock was left in the unit waiting. (Use their door look, easy $18 and you get the free insurance) Upon arrival the facility was spotless, air conditioned and there were an abundant of carts to assist with the moving of boxes. Honestly a great experience!

Of the facility easy access Kim assisted me and she was fantastic
Had moved cross country and reserved space at Public Storage. After 2500 mile drive when we arrived with 26 foot truck to unload were told they gave my space away and they only reserve price not unit. They then called another facility and confirmed we were on our way, only a 10 minute drive. We got there and the other manager said she gave that unit to a person wh had arrived during the 10 minute drive. Same story. We then made emergency arrangements at a Cubesmart nearby only it was outside unit infested with rats. We left half the stuff there that rats couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t destroy them kept balance of critical stuff in boxes and fabrics till following day and located Smartstop. We rented one 10 x 15 inside climate controlled unit then because Kim the manager was so awesome we rented a 2nd unit and with her referral to movers had everything left at the Cubesmart dump moved into this 1nd unit in climate controlled building. It cost me approximately $1,300 extra for Cubesmart temporary unit, the movers and extra days keying truck and delay with 3 extra hotel nights not to mention unbelievable stress. Will never use either Public Storage or Cubesmart again. Remember the manager Kim in the Audrey Kell Road Charlotte area Smartstop facility is totally awesome!!!!!
