Though it was closed when I arrived I was contacted mere or minutes after I called the number on the front of the facility, and within 15 minutes I had access to my unit. Great experience, and I would recommend renting a unit from them anytime.
Being able to reserve a unit online is a great plus. Staff was very helpful and professional. She also gave us a move in promotion which helped a lot. Moving and storing is a huge pain but she made it much easier and less stressful.
This is the best gem for storage units I've found in Billings. It is a great price, the units are brand new and clean. They are out of town and gated. The gentleman at the front desk is such a gentleman! Answers all your questions, makes sure you understand your lease, and very professional and polite. Overall 5 stars for this place! And I've popped around to many storage units over the last year due to the rental housing issues in Red Lodge & surrounding area. I go to do errands in Billings every now and again, so it works perfectly!
