We rented a spot for our RV. Everything went smoothly and we appreciated how helpful the employees were.
Jim the manager is so sweet and helpful. The units are clean, and easy to access. My only complaint would be the difficulty in finding a flatbed. They could use more, and they are not in a central location so you may have to walk all around the facility to fine one. Otherwise, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I am here!
I had an appointment at another facility and was stood up! I called and was able to get a space hours later and Jim was there waiting. I really appreciated the effort and time as I needed to get this done that day!
This storage place was safe, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would consider using again in the future.
The only downfall was that the elevator was out of order. However, the gentleman that called me ahead of time was extremely nice and answered all of my questions.
It's a clean facility. I would have given it 5 stars overall but it's a maze in there. They should also have more carts by the loading dock doors. Otherwise, it's a nice facility.
The staff there is great and very welcoming. The location is very convenient as it is near stores and restaurants. Price range is also very good. I really like that they are flexible and don't require you to use their preferred products (...like a specific lock style, etc...it's just ridiculous) like other places. I was sold on this place asap!
