These guys are awesome. Even though I reserved a different unit I was offered a choice of what I wanted. I was supposed to move in on the first of the month but couldn't due to complications, there was no hassle and no worries. I couldn't finish by myself on the second day, still no worries. They let me store my moving van in a secure place and come back to finish on the third day. They have bent over backwards to be helpful and accommodating. The units are new, clean and safe. There is a perimeter fence, cameras, 24/7 access and remote management. These guys are about customer satisfaction and not making a buck. One of the best, if not the best, most professional and compassionate experiences doing business in a long long time. Kudos to Eric and crew.
