Facility Reviews
Very friendly and informative staff.unit is just what I needed.
Clean and well maintained place.
First time in a long time I had to use a storage space and it is a value. So close to my former residence,I appreciate that Public Storage.A true blessing!!
I called them..found a great space..started moving my things the same day. 5 stars.
I like the easy access and close proximity to the interstate road system with close proximity to shopping stores which makes stopping to drop or load from storage less than a special trip. The unit is everything I expected and service was perfect. Г°ЕёЛњЖ’
Followed instructions and there were no surprises, just a unit ready to move into complete with a lock テーナク窶伉催ーナクヒ愬ス
Initial cost varied greatly from final cost. Watch out The initial price seemed like a good value, but the additional charge for the lock and the additional charge for the monthly insurance put you in a different category. I felt like I was getting a bait and switch. It felt a little bit like bait and switch. While the facility was nice and clean a price was a surprise once we got past the initial offer. I strongly urge anyone who is considering public storage to ask detailed questions about any costs that are associated with the storage before signing any documents
Facility was good, unit was clean, Shay (manager) was very knowledgeable and helpful
Great staff and service!
The person at the Brooklyn Park site was very good to work with. However, I called many Public Storage locations telling them I needed a large door unit to pull a van into; told them it had to be a minimum 12x12 door; they all would say their doors would be fine; I would drive there only to find out the doors weren't large enough; so it was a waste of time. It's great that it's month to month leasing.
