I got a great deal on a space. When I saw I had more items than I thought, they were able to accommodate me with a bigger space the same day. In addition, I was able to rent a truck from them as well, which made the move even easier.
Safe storage is a great facility. It is always clean. I have not problems getting access to my unit. Mike is great. I have been here for over 5 years now.
Overall I am pleased with this storage facility. I have used them for 4 years. My items remain safe and secure. The office staff is courteous and helpful. I have often requested a unit closer to the entrance, but none are available. My only issue is the parking. Most often there are no spaces available because of the U haul trucks.
Safe keeping Storage is a very excellent place that i store my things. The premises is clean and storage fees are reasonable. Most of all i appreciate the excellent customer service, the employees are great and friendly and the manager is awesome. I just want to thank the employees and the manager Mike for making business great and convenient for me.
The Owner/Manager was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was concerned about break-ins, but as soon as I walked in, I was happy to see the 24hr security TV monitors scanning the area (inside & out). The storage area was very clean. After researching countless storage units and comparing prices, I thought the price for a 20' x 10' was very reasonable. All storage units are inside and climate controlled units are available. I would definitely recommend this company.
Mike has been outstanding. His customer service is excellent. We are very pleased we chose this facility.
