Very easy to do an online rental and sign your rental lease. I was a bit nervous because I was renting storage through Sparefoot and they appeared to be a third party site but when I talked to someone directly at Prime Storage they confirmed my rate plus my 2 free months, no problems. Check in was easy at Prime and the space was good. I did leave 4 stars for cleanliness because it had some sand on the floor and the on site person offered to sweep it out but I declined. Very easy people to deal with. I would recommend them!
Awesome price and easy access!
Entire rental and move-in experience was hassle-free. Prices are within reason. All needed moving products were available for purchase and at reasonable prices. Agent was helpful, friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to use this facility in the future.
The customer service was great ; I had been given a space that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to work and the manager quickly worked to resolve this problem and put me in a spot that is working out great !!
So far, so good! I had called 4 places in the area and left messages.......still waiting on them to return the calls. Prime called within the hour and we're so very pleasant and helpful. I went over checked it out and was sold! Excellent customer service and very friendly and courteous! Unit was very clean and well maintained!
