Not as convenient as other facilities closer to me but the affordability and cleanliness makes up for it. Also, it's not a "huge" facility which makes getting to your unit easier. I would have given customer service 5 stars if it weren't for the facts that the front sliding access door was out of order and one of the vehicle entry gates was not working fully. You cannot enter this gate and can only exit. Manager did not say if or when these issues would be fixed! Otherwise, nice facility and Yvonne, the manager is very nice, helpful and informative.
Excellent experience. Raphael was awesome to work with. We were impressed with the facility in Kensington. The only complaint is you have advertised in front above the office that the first month is free. But we were told that that offer is not available now. And yet the sign advertising this is huge.
