She was both professional and engaging, asking me how everything had gone online and whether she could do anything else for me. She she showed the way by escorting me to the unit and pointing out the best ways to access the elevator and moving equipment. I always appreciate great customer service, perhaps because it is more and more rare, and I was pleased to find it at this facility. Thank you, Rhaketa.

I thought the service was great overall. Few things to improve on 1. System should allow to edit without having to complete a full transaction again 2. Online offers should be offered in store.
