This is a local and friendly hometown owned facility. The building is fully light in the evenings and you have 24 hour use to come and go as you need. Easy access just off St. Peter and East Main St. in New Iberia. LeBlanc and Son's Storage is located cater-corner from the Consolata Nursing Home and just down the street from Iberia Medical Center. Please, see the map for more directions. Your 25.00 deposit is required for each unit this will be returned if the unit is left in broom clean condition and a 30 day notice has been given. Please note we do not have garbage service on site, you must remove all trash with you. Please, contact Allison for any more information on units.
