I am on a tight budget, a major time crunch, moving to a small apartment, and in need a storage unit to keep things until I can figure out what I do and don't need. This facility is in a very good location for me, with reasonable pricing and a very efficient, helpful individual in the office.
I would recommend this storage facility as I had no waiting, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, the facility was also clean. I honestly have no complaints except one, I rented 2 units, one was perfect and the other has a large step up into the unit, that makes it difficult to move larger items up into and if you forget about it you will trip and maybe fall. But I noticed a lot of the other units are not like that, so it was one of the very few units like that.
I have been with this facility for almost 4 years and I've never had any issues. They are great ppl to rent from and also when times are hard and things are rough they are very understanding ppl and will work with you in every possible way! I've never felt that my things would be in any way jeopardized n I know my things are safe n secured here at metro mini storage. I would def recommend this facility to anyone anytime! A place you can count on to store your belongings with a peace of mind knowing it will be safe n secured. Also bring able to have access to your things 24/7 and having it well lit for better security along with on site security cameras.
