Stephanie and Kim were VERY friendly and knowledgeable when registering me. Stephanie answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to, I would say she and Kim should be commended for making me feel at home.
We waited close to 30 minutes for a cart each time we unloaded 1. So we were unable to finish unloading the U Haul by 9:00 pm. I am still being charged for! I called the after hours manager or whomever he was and he never bothered to return my call!!
