The two facility managers or employees were terrific, their names were Stacey and Kelly and the location was 1110 E Roosevelt Rd Lombard IL. They helped me out big time! I'm storing a drift boat and they couldn't have been better. Everything was done right, on time and with a smile.

it was ok at first they didn't have my spot but then found it and I wasn't told to bring registration but it all worked out and was just fine. Nice friendly people and clean secure spot.
at first, I was turned off by the call center experience. It was impersonal, and they seemed to have the wrong info a couple of times that I called. Once I got onsite, I was also a little timid about the whole process, since storage units tend to get a bad rap, but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and customer service from the onsite person. She was straight to the point, compared two units for us based on size, and gave us options about protecting our belonging inside the unit. I also was amazed at how technologically advanced Public Storage is. I didn't expect the iPad, checkout process, etc. to be as advanced and efficient. Kudos.
