I could not be more satisfied with my recent visit to this facility. Customer service representative Lynette was super kind, and very knowledgeable about the products offered. She has a way with customers that cause them to feel like family.
There were holes going straight through down to the unit below us, but customer service was great.
Well first the store manger is masked and ready to assist, very impatient and making sure that your experience is great. Friendly and positive energy and clean environment so it's an overall great experience and I'm glad I chose to move my things in there storage

Tim was beyond amazing! His customer service was a 10/10. We had decided to rent a storage unit last minute and got there 20 minutes before closing. We got there and my fiance realized she had forgotten her ID. Instead of telling us to come back tomorrow, he waited for us to run home and grab what we needed. He was patient, kind, and really funny. Storage units are expensive but he'd be the reason I'd continue to use this public storage. ??
