During a pandemic the staff and directions were perfect and easy to follow . Secure and clean I am so happy that I have a place to store some of my memories in with zero worry .

Easy online check in process saved me $25. I didn't like that you had to buy a brand new lock because they require a specific lock. Very friendly customer service and easy process.

Very clean, like that the units are temperature controlled, and that there is a pull-in loading bay so you can unload the car inside the AC! Cons : Need to type passcode in many times to get access to loading bay, and doors which is really annoying. Also many of the handcarts are broken, and there aren't very many of them
You don't over-pay for what you're getting. And it's a nice place. A bit of a maze at first, but you get the hang of it.
