The staff is incredible nice and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and storage units very updated with climate control. It is easy to park and move your items. They evan give you a free truck for 4 hours just leave the gas where you had it. I priced out numerous storage facilities and this was the nicest and by far the cheapest. Customer service was excellent
Right after I reserved the unit, Dina called me to confirm and answer any questions I may have. Upon arrival, Dina gave us the full tour of the facility to make sure that we had the unit that would best suit our needs for storage. She guided us to each ramp and made sure we understood how to operate the doors as well as which dock would be the best route to our unit. She gave us all the information we needed and which unit pricing was best. I have no doubt that Dina will be the reason that we use this facility in the future. She's the best!
