The unit is cleaned but the price is confused. I thought I got a free first month rent. But I don't see it my bill.
Kayla, the gal I met with to finalize my unit, was awesome! Super friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. My only issues with this facility are with the building/design itself. The lighting is very poor in parts of the 2nd floor, and units have very little light filtering in from the aisle lights. Low clearance and obstacles like vertical i-beams inside some units take space away.
I rented to storage until my house is ready the only thing is they need more than two carts cause waiting on others to complete there move was the only thing I didn't like but other than that it is a good place to storage
Decent place for decent price
Storage unit itself is very clean. It seems to be a busy place so the 2 carts they have for moving aren't enough. They definitely need a couple more. Customer service rep was super friendly and the process was very easy and the pricing is great considering this time in the economy.
The overall experience wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bad but it was a little difficult pulling in to the bay as there was a huge junk truck from a customer in the way & they looked alittle sketchy. I may/may not utilize CubeSmart again as I was alone unloading my boxes & kinda nervous. I think there shud be someone manning a security desk in the hallways of the cubes, most definitely.
Overall this business is topnotch for customer service. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends if they are in need of a storage unit. Great service!!!!

only thing I can complain about it the doorway size of my unit! makes it hard to get furniture in especially since I'm on the 2nd floor! but all in all great place an general manager was sweet an very informative!
The girl that helped me was outstanding very nice knowledgeable, she knew her around that maze and took the time to show different units till we got right one Thanks
