Tawny (sorry if error) who helped me rent a unit for the first time ever was very courteous, kind and patient. She showed me available units and knew my needs. Senior unable to climb stairs with bins, and closest to elevator. Rental completed quickly and able to move in immediately.
Wish it costs less. I would rent a larger unit. But staff is very courteous and helpful. Hours are also very convenient.

I showed up. Paid storage and the lady that helped me offered to help me move my stuff from my car into storage unit. She went over and beyond to help me. I have a broken foot and she had accommodated me. I forgot her name but she is the beautiful angel with long black straight hair. Thank you so much. :) Blessings.
I got the paperwork done within 20 min and moved my stuff in that day. The lady showed me my selected unit before completing the paperwork and asked if it would work for me. I ended up needing a bigger size and she showed me the next largest which was perfect. Saved a bunch of time by doing it right the first time. Excellent service!
Very new, very well laid out and clean, with top security, personalized gate and elevator codes, lots of cameras and plenty of space to move in and out. It's cool inside so you can work on your stuff if you need to and they have a wide variety of units, including tiny 5 X 5 X 3 spaces good for storing a college's kids clothes on summer vacations.
