Clerk was prompt, pleasant and efficient. She showed me to my unit and processed my new application quickly. Every question I asked, she answered capably. My one questionable comment would be that the property seems to need cleaning. I've been to my unit four times, over five days, and the same trash has been lying on the floor at the rear entrance (empty cartons), inside the elevator (sock, cup of applesauce), and even the same McDonald's cup has been positioned on top of the yellow post, for days, outside at the loading door.
Very pleasant experience, easy to access my account to pay the bill. Facility is clean and well maintained.

Mary was sooooo helpful and patient with me in trying to find the perfect size storage! If it wasn't for her I would have ended up with too small of storage which would have wasted money and time.
