Facility Reviews
Employee was very nice and helpful
I applied online and moved in on the same day. The process was fast and the storage was clean.
Good experience and helpful manager.
Service was good
Gave me a price per month over the phone, Did not say anything about the required insurance cost of $15.00 each month, or that the doors only work with a special cylinder lock that I ad to purchase for $21.00. And with your move in special $1.00 there was a $24.00 application FEE. I went in expecting to pay $32.00 and using my lock, instead ended up paying 0ver $64.00. 3 stars at best!
Clerk was attentive and precise with prices
Great experience renting for my 2nd time from Public Storage. The manager on duty was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and well lit, and access hours suit my schedule very well...
The customer service was extremely good! Winter was detailed, organized, and clearly cared about what she was doing. Really refreshing. My only concern was that when I came back to move in, the door to our unit (which is not behind a gate, but behind a key-coded door) had been propped open and no one was to be seen. We moved in for over an hour, and never saw the person who had propped the door open. So, basically, someone could've just walked in from the street and tried all the unit locks. A little unsettling.
It is convenient, the staff are great, the prices and specials are unheard of.
Nice experience. Sherry did a great customer service job. Pleasant and answered all of my questions.
