It was easy to move in. Customer service was pleasant.
The young man at the counter was nice, professional and helpful. The storage grounds are a bit of a dump and frankly I'm a bit concerned for long-term safety. It's generally tidy but the driveway has many uneven/broken places, there's a general smell of urine or something hanging around and several units are busted with stuff flowing out of the doors. If they're abandoned, they could at least clean them out, it does nothing for the appearance of the place or to instill a sense of safety.
Ms. Williams was very professional, knowledgeable, she went above & beyond to fulfill my storage needs. From the beginning to the end she made the process easy. Her customer service was definitely exceptionally. She's a great asset to your company 😊😇
