I had a very professional experience with Public Storage. They accommated me with last minute changes and made sure I selected the correct unit for my needs. I only dislike the fact that the units are outside. I would still recommend them.

Great customer service. Only issue I have is the pricing and communication. Online it says one thing...when you get to that location..its another. I was suppose to pay the special $1 sign up and customer service rep over the phone it would be a combined total of $24 to start up. He also stated it would be $94 a month for the 10x10 I was interested in at the location in Atlanta GA . I went to the location where I was under that same impression and then I was told there were not any 10x10's available. At the end of the visit, I ended up paying $46 to start up and $115 a month for an indoor 7x10 unit with no climate control. I was very disappointed but the lady at the front desk had such a positive and good attitude. I knew I couldn't be upset with her because it was not her fault. It was the communication from corporate. I am a very pleasant person and do not mind spending for good service and safety for my belongings but the communication is poor. Public storage got to do better.

I stored at this location for 5 years. It went flawlessly, without a hitch. The staff there at the location were always, unfailingly helpful. Not least Melissa, who was as pleasant and helpful when I moved out the other day as she and the others have been in every other encounter I had with them. Very nice and very professional. Good people.
