Marie at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Faculty clean and relatively welll maintained. Only beefs are the terrible floats/moving carts. Wheels have flat spots, diameter is too small to bridge gap between elevator and floor( causing me to break an antique plant stand when it violently slammed to a halt) the smart wheels ( the ones that pivot) were on the wrong end of the cart on half the carts and the bed in one cart had sheared off a section which made it dangerous. Other gripe are the nesting birds shitting on your stuff in the unloading bay. Advise new carts and bird proofing loading bay after nesting season.
It was very easy to get around looked very safe and clean. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and welcoming. Unit was easily accessible, and loading docks easily maneuverable with a large truck or moving vehicle.
CubeSmart has well-priced, spacious units, however, the units are not gated as many storage areas are. Instead, tenants are provided a code to access the elevators to the units. This is an acceptable alternative, but also inconvenient when moving in and out as you need to re-enter the code every time you want to call the elevator. They do not provide bulk trash disposal (furniture, etc.) nor do they have relationships or contracts with companies in the city that can provide that service. Tenants leave bulk trash despite this and are fined $100, though this is obviously a sign that it is needed at such an establishment.
