Excellent service - access to items is overseen with care
I live out of state so not being in the area was never a problem. Peter and Helen were there from the beginning to assist and everything was in order and remained in order. Peter is a terrific manager and whenever I called, he responded with good information and was very reassuring. Helen has moved onto another location and she is just terrific and supportive. I was very lucky to have nothing to worry about for 9 years of storage that contained valuable items. Good pricing too!
Availability and price is important. Best of all, customer service from Peter, who was understanding and nice.
Nice facility. The only problem that I had was when I was moving stuff in on Saturday, all the carts were being used and there was no place for me to back in since both bays were being used. Also, the people that were unloading a truck full of stuff were in the same isle as I was and it made it nearly impossible for me to move stuff in and out of the hallways. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Storage facility is clean. The only issue is security cover over the unit is missing which is a concern. I noticed the other units have one but not my section.
Best combination of location, price in a climate controlled location.
