Suits my needs for storage of my canoe
Everything was handled online and very, very easy and uncomplicated. The only thing I would have liked to have an actual person to Show or advise that there is a hole in the wall of the unit as well as the light in the unit does not work
David was great and consistent. Keeps the trouble makers away and clean premises. Two complaints. Past homeless have caused no bathroom access after 4. Price increase was ridiculous from corporate. No dumpster access. 825 a month and no garbage access or bathroom little much. Rented here off and on for years because the staff is great. Security A plus cameras actually monitor not like others fake cameras lol. Thanks dave

Friendly representative. Was able to rent unit I needed on same day. Walked me through all that I needed and was very helpful. Cheerful too. Only complaint is I think buildings are too close together. Very close to drive my SUV through when turning around.
When I had a payment issue with a unit in Charleston, I went to this location for help with processing my payment and signing a rental agreement. Ria was working and couldn't have been more helpful or kind. I was thankful she was able to take care of an issue that I had been working on for a week!
