Cathy helped us with our storage needs days in advance of our arrival. She called to confirm when we would be arriving, asked if we had any questions, gave us excellent and helpful answers, and even saved us money on our move! We hit traffic and some bad storms when driving to Port Richey from Miami, which caused our arrival time to be delayed by 2 hours. We arrived minutes before office closing hours. Cathy was there waiting for us with the greatest attitude, and not only was helpful and efficient, but she also stayed past her shift in order to ensure we knew how to access our unit and work the gate codes. I have never been more impressed with someone's friendliness, willingness to help, while still be timely and thorough. The unit was easy to access and the space was clean. We are very happy with our experience at the Public Storage on Embassy Blvd. in Port Richey, FL
