This place is amazing!! It is managed VERY well and the units are clean, even the bathrooms are spotless. The management takes care to actually watch the video cameras, adding a HUGE extra layer of security. There is no one "living in their storage unit" like other storage places, even though sometimes I think the storage place is cleaner than my home!! The units are fairly priced for climate controlled indoor storage and security to boot!!

The manager Anne is very informative, pleasant to speak to which was such a welcome surprise. I had been to about a dozen other facilities looking for an adequate space to rent, as soon as I spoke to her I felt right. She was easy, like I said informative, happy to answer questions. She helped me make a reservation for a truck at another facility. When I returned the day of my move I met a gentleman who's name now escapes me, he was super professional as well. The facility is super clean I feel safe here. Very happy to have chosen Value Store It.
Everything was amazing until I was assumed to be staying here with my frenchie ptsd emotional support dog given by VA and fiancﾃδｩ, yelled at because I was here at 6 am when allowed. Furthermore I had to explain myself and my unit arrangement. I have a 16 x 10 and have been here only 3 days organizing plus injured vet, but besides that Misunderstanding good. What happened in Florida to people leaving others to higher standards unless shown differently. What happened period Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d say to humanity and common respect.
I worked with Annie, Jay and Buck. They are professional and handled everything quickly and efficiently. The facility is cleaner than all of the others and very well managed. 5 stars all the way!!
