I thought Jonathan was very help ful and was not only prepared but went out of his way to make sure we had or would have everything we needed. I felt like we had a couple obstacles we faced and Jonathan made sure to tackle every one as it arrived like it was nothing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. We instantly felt like a part of a community and like our stuff would be more than safe! Customer service is way above average!!

Professional and easy process
I would recommend this place to every one it's in an ideal location and the people are wonderful and the price is right
Wish the hallways inside had motion sensor lights instead of only in the units
It is a very good & clean facility. The only thing is that the first unit offerred to me was not having a wall at the end but just the insulation material which wasn't flat straight either. So I asked if they had one with a straight wall & she said yest. She showed it to me & it was perfect. The only thing is as I do not have a car I wasn't told that when you come by foot or by buss without a car you can come in any time pressing your code 24\7 but you cannot get out by foot. The only way out is to go through the back door of the office which closes at 5pm. So without a car it is not accessibole 24/7 cause you cannot get out after 5pm & it opens at 8:30am. Also there is no restroom in the building if you need urgently to go. You have to get out of the building & walk to the office which again is closed after 5pm & before 8:30am. Besides that the place is super correct & the manager was nice to deal with.
It was a great experience, the office staff was extremely helpful and efficient .
