The security is not good To get to units by elevator All you have to do is push button to call for elevator, no code, there is no gates or fences around facility, no code to get into parking area. If i were a bad guy it would take me about 2 sec to get into the storage areas. This is not good, you should re evaluate this facility please
Well, the employees are very helpful. They really do try and explain everything in detail. However, the elevators are always breaking and the climate control doesn't really do a good job of keeping moisture out of the air. I know because I've got a couple of Damp Rid containers in my climate controlled unit and they fill up fast. But, for the price and convenience, it's worth it in the end.
