I had made a reservation at a different storage and was very unhappy with the unit and the facility. There seemed to be people just wandering around, my unit was right at the entry gate, and the doors into the unit did not lock. This facility couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be more different. Very clean, the guys in the office seemed very courteous and professional, and the grounds felt secure and clean. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little further away than I planned but totally worth the trade off. 100% recommend

Derrick was there helping out from another store and was a pleasure very friendly and informative. Then on Monday I met the store manager Joshua he noticed my storage was unlocked he immediately called and emailed me and was nice enough to walk with me to make sure all my property was still there! The management team was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to get our contact completed within 10 minutes. The facility was pretty clean and for a Saturday very quiet. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the Air conditioner for the climate control for our section was out. The manager let is know they would have it repaired as soon as possible. I am unsure if it has been replaced and or fixed. I would love some kind of communication when these things happen that way if there is something in my storage that I need to take home for a few days so it doesn't get damaged. Other than that great facility great management team!
