The store manager (robin) was great. She was super friendly and explained everything very clearly. She assured us that if we ever needed anything or had any questions she was always there to help. The facilities were tidy and offered lots of security so I was not worried about my belongings being stored there. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
On the day I moved in I would say the overall experience was good with only 1 negative comment. There was a little broken glass in the area near the elevator that should have been cleaned up.
