The property manager, Holly was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I have never had to rent a storage space in my past so I was a little bit Leery and had a lot of questions. Holly was very kind patient and reassuring. By the time I had signed up and left I felt completely comfortable and that my belongings would be secure. I work in the retail industry myself so customer service is very important to me and I would say that I have higher standards than then most other people do. That being said I would highly recommend public storage and Maggie to any of my friends and family members that had need of storage or had questions and concerns. I had filled out a review also the same day that I moved my my things into the unit as well.
