Christina was very helpful and patient in addressing our storage needs. Many times upper management receives complaint letters when upset however, it is the habit of our company to make sure upper management is notified when an outstanding compassionate employee goes above and beyond to make their company look good. We met with her manager Rose and now we know why (more of the same). It is obvious that Public Storage training programs work well and Corporate should take note on the files of these 2 great employees.
