Facility Reviews
Better yet easier security, spotless, and comfortable temperature. The signup was easy, and the staff exceptional. They provide all the equipment you need for the move.
The entire renting and move in process was a snap but even better I experienced the most outstanding customer service ever. This is the kind of customer service that will keep people coming back. Kudos to the gentleman who gave me a tour and locating my storage unit.
Cómodo y limpio y muy seguro el sitio
Wonderful place very clean great customer service
The total price and payment due in order to use the unit were not told to me upon reservation of the unit until I was there in person completing my payment.
Excellent customer service here! Was in contact with us prior to renting to set up a meet time. Only reason they are not getting 5 stars is that they make you buy their lock. We had already bought one & had extra keys made only to discover it would not fit & we had to buy one from them- additional $20. Love that it is near University Park for summer storage & they found us a larger unit for less rent. Win- win!
Easy, reasonable and brand new!
As soon as I walked into the office for my appointment, the employee behind the counter, Dee, greeted me and was polite and respectful throughout my entire experience. She made sure to answer all of my many questions. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my belongings at PublicStorage knowing that it is password protected as well as lock and key.
This place is new, very clean and secure. The check in process was easy and getting everything set up. Their prices are great and I would recommend this place
My husband and me had a great experience here. The manager assisted us and we were set to store in a few minutes.
