Where do I start? My first call was to their office where the owner, Marshall answered the phone and kindly took down my info. As it turns out, at that time they were full and couldn't accommodate me. HOWEVER, less than a week later, as promised, Marshall called and texted me informing me that a space was opening up at their Deerfield location and that he could put me there temporarily until something came up in Boca. I was quickly sent a lease, signed all docs, moved to Deerfield and actually liked it so much there that I ended up staying put. The communication, honesty and transparency was and is unbelievable. I love that they are family owned and operated, and when I call, someone who is local answers every call, literally every call! A+++ 5 stars all around. 100% love this family owned business.
The experience here has always been the best of the best. Marshall the owner takes calls and emails at all hours of the day, and bends over backwards to accommodate tenants when needed. I am proud to rent space here and support this locally owned business.
Although I didn't end up moving in here, the owner and service was exemplary. They even picked up my phone call at 2 am on a weekend, I never expected customer service like this anywhere! I definitely suggest going here if you need storage in Boca Raton.
