The manager was very pleasant and welcoming. The location is great.
I was looking for a storage unit in the city that is clean and easy to access. Although the location is on the outskirts of the city, it's still close to the Hill and easy to access. The location is clean and safe.
Only issue I noticed is that someone had dumped quite a bit of furniture and construction debris outside the facility. I don't how long it had been there and I know it is not the fault of the facility, but I hope it is cleaned up soon.
Ms.Ashley from Bladensburg Rd PS.helped me through my process of making auto pymt.setup she's very polite professional speaking manners courteous and patient she needs a raise not elevated shoes!$$$
Very nice, clean, safe, great customer service. I forget to mention the customer service was awesome. They definitely adhered to the Covid -19 guidelines. The person that checked me in (Ashley) was super awesome.
