The employee I worked with on reserving the space made it a very smooth experience for me! I was able to gauge what space I needed and got to take a look at it. She gave me suggestions on how to set up the space to accommodate my belongings. Very easy process.
I was on a tight timeline, and Square Foot offered me outstanding customer service from the moment I called all the way until I went to the facility. To highlight also the cleanliness, security, and easy access to the storage unit.

I had a great experience here. We moved in our stuff from another location, and felt really good about the whole process. The facilities were clean, the unloading process was very easy, and the booking process was easy too. Perfect experience all the way around, except there was a special where we got a free lock and a couple other people did not know about the special, but the person did when we checked in so all was good.
Everything was fine. Just writing a review to warn people not to buy their locks - mine broke when I tried to lock my unit and has caused me a lot of trouble since. All of my interactions with Cubesmart's staff have been very efficient, professional, and helpful. The staff is very friendly.
The loading dock gate is not accesible to customers yet, needing the front desk to leave the desk to come around and manually open that area for customers.
