Really friendly customer service from a husband/wife team. I forgot to lock up my unit when I moved in. Not only did they call me, but they put their own lock on it until I could get there with mine. I only wish their prices were lower - I have another unit the same size at a competitor for less than half the price
Excellent experience!! The managers, Beth and Glen, are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Best customer service experience I've had in many years. Facility is convenient and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.
