First time getting storage, the person on the phone was very helpful through the process and the manager of the unit was very friendly. Overall a quick and easy experience.
Everything was just what I needed. The manager was more than willing to change my unit size no problem.
Getting signed up was easy and fast. Staff was generally helpful, but they presumed I knew more about how things worked there than I could have known. The unit was clean and there was ample room for the truck and still allow other vehicles to pass by. I have three issues: First, I wasnテ「竄ャ邃「t aware there were two doors to the unit instead of one, which made it harder to load furniture into the space and it meant I needed two locks instead of one. Second, they do not have dollies available to help offload the truck. That would have been very helpful and saved time. Finally, it wasnテ「竄ャ邃「t disclosed to me I needed printed proof of rental insurance, which mean I had to buy theirs to move it. Once I provide written proof of mine, they donテ「竄ャ邃「t refund the fee, they credit it. Had I known all of this, I probably would have rented elsewhere. That said, for a basic storage place, this is fine and itテ「竄ャ邃「s a convenient location.

Gene is a fantastic site manager. He stays aware of the property and is very personable and easy to deal with.
Staff is so kind and welcoming! They guided me through the process and were very transparent. My one complaint is the $20 lock I was convinced to buy. It is $10 at U-Haul and much cheaper literally anywhere else.
The staff was awesome, and the prices were affordable!
