I would have given 5 stars but there was nothing in the description, indicating that the storage unit was downstairs with no cargo elevator. The only thing that they have for mechanical assistance, is a small lift, big enough for boxes only. I had a smoker and other large items. The move in was a lot more difficult than anticipated.
Denice made the process efficient and easy. Very friendly atmosphere. She is outstanding.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m relieved to have moved from Public Storage to this DTC Self Storage because of the huge price difference. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m now renting the same 10x10 unit but for two times less. The property manager was cordial, professional and prompt.
Denise was so helpful, warm and friendly. She made the process quick and easy. The facility is very clean and well kept. I will recommend this storage facility to anyone I know that is in the market for one.

They also have a truck you can use on move-in date if itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s available I was able to use it and get moved it right away Although it takes a little time to get paperwork done Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth it, the rates are reasonable, insurance is easy, and they have locks for you to buy. Hi highly recommend this facility
