Love my corner unit.Clean just had to get 3 locks
It turns out that I had a reservation for a parking space not a storage space. Stapleton still gave me the internet rate on the storage I was looking for and followed up with me and we straightened everything out. No attitude, irritation or back lash. Just professionalism, politeness and kindness. So even with my mistake things are look very good.
When i arrived I wasn't in their system and had to take the higher price charge. It went up more than an hundred dollars.
Does young lady that I worked with she was very nice very respectful very understanding she got straight to the point she told me all of the rules on the regulations of having the storage I liked it because I also had a light in there for at night time when you can't see and actually like an outlet to where I could plug in my phone if it were to die. I also like the fact that it's drive up access and that it's open till 9:00 the pricing was a little expensive compared to the other units that I have had but they're very clean. If I were to recommend any storage I would recommend this one.
