The staff was very professional on the phone and followed up with email. All information was given in a pleasant and understandable fashion. My only comment about the indoor facility is that it's very easy to get lost. They could put signs listing unit numbers with arrows like they do at hotels. The walls are pretty dreary, but I suppose that's not a priority.
We decided to rent from public storage because of the proce and excellent customer service from Mike. Thank you!

I went to get my storage unit on 05/11/17 before noon, I reserved it over the phone, which saved time. The service here was great! Martha, who is the manager was very charming, gracious and extremely helpful as well as a delight to speak too. Even though she was busy, she still managed to make me feel as though I was the most important customer there. She was truly a breath of fresh air for me, I have had a few stressful weeks and it was a relief that getting a storage unit proved to be super easy as well as enjoyable, thanks to Martha. The only negative thing I have to say about this Public Storage is their hours of operation. You have only the allotted time that the office is open to store and retrieve from your unit, because when office closes for the day the whole facility closes. Which is a huge inconvenience if you can only go to the storage after 6 pm. I needed to move during the week and all of my helpers can only assist me after they get out of work, so by the time they get to my house to help, the public storage is already closed. This is something that they should change. Otherwise, service was top notch! I cannot say enough nice things about Martha, she made my day. Totally reccommend her. Thanks again Martha, we need more people like you in the world.
