Weekend move ins are the worse. There werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t enough carts to assist with the move ins which left many moving in without the assisting carts. This led to linger move ins into storage.
I do not remember the name of the parsing who helped me. She was absolutely kind and professional. I got to the facility close to closing and she made sure to help me check in with no problem. My anxiety level dropped because she was calm, kind and friendly. Great personality. Very much a people person.
So kind and sweet and really helpful. Made the whole process so easy and mellow. Definitely a gem for Public Storage!

We are still in the process of moving in, but some of the things I really love about this place is the streets are kept clean. In our old place, I had an average of two tire punctures a year, this place is clean of nails and screws, box cutter blades and all that junk we had to watch out for at the old storage place. Secondly, the big trollys have been wonderful for loading up and moving so easily. The staff is friendly AND professional. So glad Public is there in Upland CA. If we move across country, we will scope out Public again.
The place is very old and lighting is bad on the lower level units. Considering it used to be a factory however, the lighting needs to be improved if for nothing else but safety reasons. I probably would not recommend this particular location to anyone. The price is good for what I need.
Amanda is the one I dealt with the entire time and I loveeed her, extremely sweet and helpful. My daughter who is only 7 was treated so nice the whole time and she says mom Amanda is so nice lol loved it. That was at the UPLAND CA location.
